It should be noted that the stated 1 amp output is not true. 500mA is all I could load before the voltage dropped off bellow 4.5V. Using 1900mAh Eneloop batteries, I was able to get 1850mAh at 250mA loading. Testing done with UNI-T USB tester. Good for only low power USB power.

I wanted a power bank that ran off AA batteries and this one works well. The built in flashlight is also a nice bonus. The plastic feels cheap and I doubt this can take much abuse but for the price it's nice.

Exactly as described, can double as emergency power supply for an SBC. For the last time people, the actual capacity at 5V is roughly equal to the capacity of a single battery at 1.2V. As you can see in the attached photo, my Ni-MH batteries' specs are fake - the actual capacity is closer to half of the stated value, and this little device has confirmed it empirically.
