Came as a gift with the backpack I ordered so for free its awesome. cant complain really for something that is free. I was able to put all my body weight on the pole without it collapsing ( i weight 130 lbs) , the handle is hard foam not a comfy as more expensive sticks, but maybe after use it will wear in.

I bought these trekking poles as an experiment as I had never used trekking poles before and wanted to try out a pair without spending $100s. They work reasonably well - bearing in mind that these are cheap trekking poles. A few minor criticisms: the metal ends tend to rust easily - more expensive models have rust-free tungsten or other hard alloy ends; and the twist locks for the extension are made of fairly cheap and thin plastic and require a bit of care. So if you want a cheap set of trekking
