Really thick leather pouch. The compartments are very tight (especially where you store your multi-tool. There were some marks on the outside leather next to the key chain clip, but I don't mind. This pouch will definitely need some work to loosen up the leather for easier contour to the body before you attach it to your belt. I'm using baseball glove conditioner to make the leather easier to work with and also keep it water proof.
