It is Omnibus F4, but not a PRO (deducting a star for this), see: http://www.dronetrest.com/t/how-to-identify-what-omnibus-f4-board-you-have/4735 Build quality seems fine. I've flashed INAV 1.7.3 and Cleanflight 3.1.7 without any problems. You can flash both OMNIBUSF4V3 or OMNIBUSF4PRO targets for INAV, though I haven't tried it yet.
