Finally I received the chucks to test the collets (ER32 19 pieces). When installing the collets I find out they are almost useless. As you can see in the pictures the slots in the head of the collets have sort of a step that doesn’t allow them to close in a precise way. I do not have a clue if I can fix this gross mistake

I use it in my jewellers lathe, to make it into a milling machine. Works perfectly!

The collet chuck I received had some sort of out of axis inner ring (due to faulty processing) that made it absolutely unusable with ER32 collets. A machinist may fix it, but it will cost way more than the value of the chuck. If you have a lathe, that may be worth it. Personally, I don't. Overall, not recommended.

I was surprised when I recently received. I have been a machinist for twenty five years. The quality and overall workmanship are equal to collets at three times the cost. You will not be dissapointed.
