This is a small LED video and photo light that uses a GoPro 3 battery (which is good). It recharges pretty quickly and I never had it run out on me (because I turned it off when I wasn't using it). The light is to be used in my Dive kit. I hope it works out like it should. The parts seem sturdy, but there are no replacement O-rings within the kit. As a diver I find that disappointing. I will be diving with it soon and then I will report on the light quality in practice. The spread of the light seems to be reasonable.

light overlap patterns make hotspot lighting lines, not for professional anything, more just for fun. it shouldn't have all the reflecting material in it, makes the light come out in weird patterns. show up on camera bad. but it takes a gopro battery and i have a few of those, so it works for lighting up my stuff, but i don't use it for filming.

The underwater-light provides great light on short distances. I've been using it for four dives yet and it has worked perfect. You can't expect the range of a professional underwater lamp for like 300€, for 30€ the light doe's a great job. Sadly I've lost my camera and the light due to a high current, so i will order the same light again

Light beam is homogeneous but pretty low power, though it had to be expected considering size and battery. Don't expect to light up a scene more than 20cm/30cm away from it, but great for underwater close-up videos (and believe me there are plenty of small sea animals you like to capure with great colour. Unfortunately mine got flooded only 25m and in spite of removing battery as soon as I noticed, it was too late and product is dead. Considering build quality, I would not recommend to use it
