I've always liked Chinese cleavers, chopping or slicing, this one is a slicing one, it's extremely sharp and well balanced! I just wished it came in a two cleaver set, it slices through meats and veggies with ease, I'm glad I brought this, I just ordered another one to try out!

Although the description refers to 2 products, you only get the slicer. In my case the blade leans to the right and it’s not straight so the quality is not the best you can get, but this flaw doesn’t affect its functionality as it is sharp enough.

Ho acquistato questo coltello per vari usi di cucina, soprattutto per affettare la carne e alcune verdure più voluminose. Si presenta molto robusto e fatto con materiali di qualità.
