It is a little and cheap LiPo 2s to 3s battery charger. It seems to be doing its job and I think its working as it should on my 2s LiPo RC battery.

Good little 2s and 3s charger. As it says in the description it only comes with US Plug and no adapter. But that was no problem for me.
