It came on a package without the box (as shown on the picture). The quality of the bands is preety good. Also not all bands have the same exact length but that's not a problem. Time will show if they are durable enough, but at my first tough workout they were just fine. Overall value for money product.

Good quality bands providing a decent range of resistance loads. However, the metal clamp is quite weak and tends to break. The instruction sheet shows a variety of exercises which is very helpful.

my order reached but in the picture show 11 pcs bt i received only 5 pcs i dont no why you give me 5 pcs.please insure my another 6 pcs of resistance bands.

Sto usando queste bande da alcuni giorni e debbo dire che mi trovo molto bene, ho trovato tanti esercizi che si possono fare e utilissimi accessori per appendere o tirare le bande. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto.
