Had high expectations. Of course in the ads, they promise you a fine straight back. What it practically does is holding your shoulders wider and that unusual feeling keeps reminding you to straighten your back. The material is above average, but ur armpits will hurt in a while anyway, except you wear it over a t-shirt or you don't have such sensitive skin. If u want it while sitting then buy a gaming chair, way better option. However, it could help u on the way. Depends on you. But I assure you,
