Have another one of 8mm witch cuts smoothly and with little effort, made about 50-60 threaded holes, so I know they are good quality.

Loneman Whatyou have is correct. This is the same swing-arm as is on the CR10s-Pro and the hole for that is slightly larger than the 1.75mm filament that it accommodates.
