Q: Questo DJI Mavic Mini combo e in versione Fcc?

AndreaPuntin There is some confusion due to description by DJI itself. Let\'s clear things up: two versions are sold by DJI. CE version is sold in Europe. FCC Version sold in Cina and America. ( So if you are ordering the drone here, as I did, you will receive the FCC version, due the fact it\'s shipped from Cina. Now, as DJI explained, the drone with FCC version can fly also in those countries where only CE version is permitted (for instance, I\'m from Italy, and ordering it on the official store, I would receive only the CE version). Using the FCC version on \"CE airspace\" a popup will show on the app, warning us about it. But the engine will arm anyway, and we will able to use the drone with long range and bette signal quality. I personally decided to get the FCC version, mainly for the signal quality and power... One last thing!! the FCC and CE is all about hardware differences: so you will not able to switch from app. (like the other DJI products) DJI explain also that if you order a CE version, you will not able to pair your drone with a FCC controller! So you know it! In the and, for those one\'s like me (non professional use) have preorder the Mavic Mini to use it in Italy, despite the FCC version can reach up to 4 km range, remember to follow the laws for non registrated drones with max distance from pilot is 200 m and 70 m flight altitude, and, of course, be awared of restricted flight zone and limitation in altitude.
