i can find the device only if i put in country china...if i choose my country, it can't find it....the product is perfect...the colours and the variety of them are surprised me...

it works perfectly but you need to have location set to mainland china. the mi home app sometime crashes and you need to restart it but overall is a great product

First I was really embarrassed, my phone could not find it, but then I checked the comments/reviews here and 2 of them said to set the country to Mainland China. Thanks!!! Now it works! Now I just have to find bulb with E14.... :)

The product is malfunctioning. I can't connect it to the Mi Home(Mijia) app. It can't be controlled with the smartphone any other way. Also, the product arrived after almost 9 weeks.

The lamb works only as a simple lamp .I try everything but the app can't find the device manualy or not.Trying for many days to find a solution but nothing, the conclusion is one the lamb is problematic.I hope it works for the others ok !!!
